Kimball Farm has always been a family-run business, and always will be. We take great pride in what we do — deliver classic summer fun while serving delicious lobster rolls and other amazing food to the people in our communities! Four Fun Locations
In 1988, the business was passed down to Jack’s grandsons, Michael and Peter Kimball — Peter still runs the business today. The Carlisle Ice Cream Stand opened in 1989, our Jaffrey, NH, location opened in 1995, and Lancaster opened its doors in 2010. All ice cream is homemade at our Westford location, and our other 3 locations receive deliveries of fresh ice cream several times each week. Three of the four locations have popular and eclectic country stores as well. The Kimball family is committed to maintaining its high quality standards while it continues to expand the offerings at each location. Jaffrey, NH, is featured in this photo.
